When you join the Association as a legal entity representative or as a private member, the personal data you provide in the membership application form will be processed for the following purposes:

  • administration of your membership
  • provision of membership-related information
  • sending communications, updates and direct marketing related to Association activities
  • invitations to events
  • ensuring your participation in the Association’s network


Personal data processed:

  • name, surname
  • employment position/title
  • phone number
  • email address
  • signature and any information provided in the membership application
  • records of participation in Association events
  • photographs and video recordings made during events

  • Performance of a contract / membership administration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

Retention periods:

  • Personal data relating to membership: stored for the duration of your membership and 1 year thereafter.
  • Consent for direct marketing: valid for the duration of your membership and 5 years after it ends.


Recipients:

Members and partners of the Association’s network may receive your contact information when necessary for networking purposes.

3. Your Rights as a Data Subject

You have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data and information on how it is processed;
  • request rectification of incorrect or incomplete data;
  • request restriction of processing where data is processed unlawfully;

4. Event Registration and Participation

By registering for an event, you agree that your personal data will be processed for:

  • event registration and administration
  • communication relating to the event
  • accounting and invoicing (when applicable)


Personal data will not be transferred to third parties without your explicit written consent, unless required by law.

Photography and Video Recording

By attending our events, you give your consent for the Association to:

  • film, photograph, and record audio
  • use such materials in the Association’s communication channels (website, newsletters, social media, public reports)
    If an event is paid, your registration is financially binding. Cancellations after the registration deadline may be subject to charges. Substitutions are permitted.
