Nordica was the most preferred airline among passengers at Tallinn Airport in 2016

Nordica served the biggest number of airline passengers in 2016 according to data from Tallinn Airport.
365,179 passengers travelling on Nordica passed through Tallinn Airport in 2016, which means that the average annual market share of the airline in the area of scheduled flights increased 18%. This exceeds the passenger numbers of the second largest carrier by a tenth. It is important to note here that Nordica’s market share in scheduled flights increased to about 20% in the last quarter of 2016.
The national airline of Estonia started operating in November 2015 and over 400,000 passengers have flown with Nordica since then. Nordica started cooperating with LOT Polish Airlines in November 2016.

VARUL Lithuanian office joins forces with Estonian-Latvian law firm PRIMUS creating new pan-Baltic firm

The Lithuanian VARUL team is strengthening its forces and merges with law firms PRIMUS operating in Estonia and Latvia thus expanding PRIMUS network to Lithuania. New partnership agreement will allow to achieve strategic goals more actively.

Merger with PRIMUS partners in Estonia and Latvia is encouraged by the aim to grow and strengthen the team with competent and professional partners, who not only have the knowledge of legal subtleties and are oriented to the needs of businesses, but also achieve high quality standards, innovative legal solutions and create bigger added value for the clients.

PRIMUS law firms have serious ambitions to expand the current network, keep active cooperation with foreign partners, create specific legal products for the dynamic business market, startups and niche clients. “Currently we are very active in the Polish market. Vilnius office is one of the founders and members of the Polish-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce. Almost a year ago we have established Polish Desk, which offers specialist assistance to Polish companies, who would like to start doing business in Lithuania, implement projects or conclude contracts with Baltic partners,” – explains R. Juodka.
Lithuanian office will operate under VARUL trademark until the legal procedures related with the name change will be completed.
