Robert Juodka, Managing Partner at Primus Derling in Lithuania, chairman of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania, initiator and longtime moderator of the debate, says this year the content of the event is different in terms of topics and geography of speakers.
“Experts from Lithuania and Estonia will participate in the discussion. We will talk not only about financial markets and M&A, but also about bonds and commodity investments that we have not touched before.”
Currently, global investors and investors in Lithuania as well as other Baltic countries are feeling uncertain due to global events and processes in financial markets. Experts have referred to this year's events as information bubbles, which are likely to leave a mark on the markets.
"Coronavirus, anticipation of a recession and other phenomena increase the sense of volatility and fears that are already affecting financial markets," says Mr. Juodka. "Although markets seem to be stable, investors' fears are already showing their first signs."
